There were many scenic, comfortable areas to relax in. Excellent beach and pool areas. Always available loungers and free cabanas. The food was good but too Mexican for my stomach. The bar lacked variety in alcohol brands. Very basic. Staff was excellent, worked hard to keep the place clean and provide good services. The activities were great because of the way the staff treated and engaged the guests. Shout out to April and Leo.

This is my 5th time here. I can’t get enough of this place. It is so clean. The staff is over the top amazing! Adrain at the Mole cafe is the absolute best. The concierge is so wonderfully accommodating and will help with whatever your heart desires. I look forward to my trip every year to see the staff that has become my friends.

My boyfriend and I stayed here from Jan 21-27th and absolutely loved it! Enrique was such an outstanding bartender at the swim up bar. He was always smiling and very friendly. Alfonso was in contact with us everyday letting us know what activities were going on and what kind of food would be served at the buffet for dinner. We enjoyed the food at the Fish House restaurant; especially breakfast. The housekeeping staff was awesome! They were very efficient and kind. Every worker greeted us as they walked by. Just an overall amazing staff at Melia Cozumel! We will definitely be back next year !

Had a couple of issues with the room, the TV turned on itself during the night out of a sudden. Water was pouring brown in the sink and shower from time to time.
