Sturgeon hospital is 10mins away, 17 mins to Royal Alex Hospital and 22 mins to U of A Hospital. Rogers Place and Edmonton Expo is also minutes away.
Prepare to relax as soon as you step inside this brand new legal 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement suite. Sleep soundly in the primary suite which offers a queen size bed and a closet. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen size bed and also has a closet. Both bedrooms have high ceilings.

Great stay, place was very clean upon arrival. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient; everything we needed was there and in addition all conveniences normally available at home, they even have stocked some snacks and kitchen staples. Cozy but spacious

We had a very pleasant stay at the Cozy Suite. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide us with everything we needed. Having two little ones with us we had plenty of space for sleeping and playing in the space and a generous kitchenette. Hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area.

Such a beautiful space. The kitchen had everything you would need and the bathroom and bedrooms were lovely and clean.
