Top Floor, Favorite Location, Ocean Views! Palms at Wailea 2104

#2104 is a spacious and recently refreshed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Maui with fun tropical accents and cozy comfort. It offers approximately 1500 sq. ft. of living area, including a large lanai. This unit features central air conditioning for your comfort.

The primary suite boasts a king bed, a Smart TV, a glass slider to let in the ocean breezes, and a massive en suite bathroom with a huge soaking tub and a stand-up shower. The guest bedroom has sliding doors that can be opened to the living space or separated for privacy at night. This room is equipped with a king bed and a ceiling fan.

The living area has access to a large lanai and features huge windows that flood the space with light. You'll find a Smart TV and a sectional couch with recliners, perfect for movie nights.

#2104 offers a fully equipped kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer, free high-speed wireless internet, and free phone calls to the mainland (U.S. & Canada). You can enjoy ocean views from the large covered lanai, surrounded by a tropical garden setting. Additional amenities include beach chairs and beach towels for your use during your stay, as well as free assigned parking.

This condo is located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, providing you with a comfortable and luxurious home base while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. You can relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi dip after the sun sets, all while taking in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance, you'll find some of the World's Top Beaches, as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are just a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, there are amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

5/12/25 Update: Pool Closure Notice
The pool will be closed Tuesday, September 16th through Friday, September 19th, 2025 for maintenance.
It is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, September 20th.

Wonderful at the Palms

The Palms is always wonderful. Ideal location for Wailea and the beach. The only complaint is the unit has no central airconditionaing. There are two portable windows venting out windows. This level of cooling was not sufficient and the unit was much warmer than our neighbor's unit. It should be replaced or disclosed in the description.

Crazy Times

Communication was very delayed once we landed in Maui. Our flight landed at 8 am and had previously emailed that an early check in would most like be possible. I was unable to connect with anyone once we landed. My friend has a health condition and was very sick. Unfortunately she was stuck in the backseat of our car until 4. The condo was beautiful and location was great. I could not figure out how to operate the remotes but that was okay.

Location and views!

Absolutely wonderful location with a 6-7 minute walk to a nice beach. Amazing sunset views from living room and the lanai. Kitchen had everything we needed and the management was highly responsive to any issues we had. Our only recommendation would be to get some newer chairs as a couple were a bit rickety. But we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing vacay

The property is just as described and pictured. Coffee pot was broken and was immediately replaced. Incredible beaches and dining within walking distance. Lanai was amazing. Great location and very comfortable. Only negative oven overheated and would shut off.

Hot stay --- Needs better A/C

We stayed in early September and the weather was very warm. With that the A/C in the unit was not adequate. Most nights the temperature was 75 to 78 F in the unit with the A/C having run all day and doors kept closed. It was not comfortable. Unit is nicely furnished, but beds in bedroom 2 are very small and less than comfortable. The stairs down and up to the unit total 34, so hauling luggage in was a chore. The kitchen was nicely furnished, and everything operated o.k. The TV was great, and internet was great. Overall an average stay because of the inadequate A/C unit.

The condo is beautiful. Wailea Beach is only 2 minutes away by car. Near everything. Awesome!

My only complaint is that ac does not keep condo cool during day through early evening. It’s 74-75 degrees even when you turn the thermostat down to 67 degrees. It can be uncomfortably warm at times. The condo is beautiful. It’s worth the stay. The pool is beautiful. Gorgeous neighborhood. Near stores. Short ride to Wailea beach and the other beaches on Kihei Road where you can paddle board or get surf lessons. I would stay here again. The view from the condo is amazing. There are beach towels chairs snorkeling gear. Excellent time here.

Fabulous view, weird master bath

We could not have been more pleased when we walked in the front door to 2104 the Palms at Wailea. The openness of the main living areas was very airy and bright and sunny. We immediately stepped out onto the patio and gasped at the beautiful view of the ocean and the palm trees. The kitchen was very updated and comfortable and had everything we needed. Each night was so quiet without any disturbances which made our vacation that much more relaxing. The only negatives are the twin beds that were too small for two adult males. They really are only suitable for children. And the master bathroom is just bizarre. There is no privacy. The bathtub just gets in the way - beware of shins and toes when you’re walking around at night. Overall this condo had wonderful amenities and I would just recommend that the owners remodel the bathroom in the master bedroom. Other than that we would love to come back and enjoy this beautiful property thank you so much Mahalo.
