Nice property, walkable distance to Lake Louise, Fairmont Hotel & trails. Room is quite rustic, could use some updating, especially for the price. Will stay in Banff next time, at a lower price point and an upgraded room.

This is a great place to stay if you want to walk the mile up to Lake Louise and not worry about getting parking or bus. It’s a cool historic resort but expensive because of its proximity to the lake. The front desk woman was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice but the bathroom fan wouldn’t turn off- we think the sensor was broken and it hummed all night. Not much we could do at that point the front desk was closed. There was another noise that came on all night, might have been the heater but we turned off the heat so couldn’t figure out why that was also humming. In short, lots of humming and didn’t sleep well. Expected more for the high price. View from patio was a bonus (see pic)

This is a nice place to stay if you want a rustic experience but it is a cabin without any other amenities such as a pool, hot tub or sauna and there is not much to do in the small village associated with Lake Louise.

Beautiful cabin within about a 15-20 minute walk to Lake Louise. Bed was great, bathtub was a treat! Lovely place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was our final stop of our Canadian Rockies vacation and I wish we could have stayed longer. Our unit was exceptionally clean and cozy, the staff were super welcoming, we loved the easy walk to Lake Louise (and getting to avoid the busy park and ride shuttle), and the setting was just gorgeous.

For the price we paid, I suggest stay at another location. It felt crammed. We stayed at Moose hotel & Suites and Malcom hotel both were much better then Paradise. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids

Its such a convenient location to walk to Lake Louise and I love how we could book a bus right to Moraine Lake. Grounds were beautiful with flowes and its in the woods. They even had food/snacks/drinks you could buy.

It was a great place to stay and be away from the hustle of Banff. Would say one thing if you need good connections for WI-FI they need to work on that. Maybe up date TV’s to smart ones. That way you can stream. No cable but cartoon channels. It’s just nice to come back in the evening and see some news. Very very clean cabins. We would stay again for sure. Thank you.
