The room where we stayed was nice and the bed comfortable. When we arrived it was ready and well cleaned. The staff is nice and polite. At check in they warned us they would clean the room every other day, but it was cleaned only once during the whole week. The rest of the time they just changed the towels and picked up the garbage. That was it. The carpets in the hotel hallways and elevator need changing. They are dirty and stained. The hotel is very well located but it has a loitering problem. There was always a group of young people smoking pod at the stairs in the main entrance of the hotel.

Staff walked in while I had no pants on, did not knock, almost a fight between 2 people at breakfast. Breakfast is not what it says it is.just an American breakfast. Only pancakes as a hot food

Not what I expected

It was a disappointment. The heat was unbearable and apparently there was nothing they could do about it. That's what the receptionist told me. I couldn't even open the windows so She "advised" that I open the door for some relief. I left without spending the night and they did not even offer an apology and of course no refund.

The amount of homeless persons congregating the in lobby at any one time was ridiculous, top that with an elevator lacking an inspection and feeling rather unsafe, the abysmal continental breakfast consisting of burnt coffee, cold pancakes and soggy croissants, or maybe the machine not working at all or the vending machines being broken. Maybe not having the usual amenities and toiletries for travellers who happened to have forget maybe a toothbrush or toothpaste. The worst part were the hidden fees and exorbitant security deposit after already paying in full for the room. Would not stay here again.
