Perfect location and beautiful neighborhood. Home is well-equipped with lots of towels/linens, cookware, and a fully-stocked coffee station. Neighbors upstairs were a bit heavy-footed, but after sharing this news with the host, things quieted down. Will definitely stay here again when visiting my daughter at Tulane.

The house was very clean, great location. The two down falls were, no tub, just showers. There are people living upstairs and you can hear them walking which makes it hard to sleep. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

This place is wonderful, very comfortable, seems to be close to everything. We have 2 basset hounds and this is one of the nicest pet friendly places we have ever stayed. This rental is the bottom floor of a duplex. It was very lovely, clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe. Ami was very responsive and helpful. I was a little disappointed by how much we could hear the people walking and moving around upstairs. Just something to be aware of, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great ground floor apartment in Carrollton

We enjoyed staying here while visiting Book Festival at Tulane. Loved the location: street car stop right in front of the home and super easy. Also a pleasant walk to campus.The apartment is well appointed and clean, and the host was fantastic and super friendly and helpful.
