Everyone was so nice, I wasn't aware there wasn't an elevator and my room was on the fifth floor... I had a lot of luggage and work gear and the guy working here helped me take it all up the stairs! 😁 Also wasn't aware that they couldn't hold luggage after 3 pm... I had to take all of my luggage to work with me on checkout day because I couldn't have come back to get it by 3.

Booked a room for 3 people but the room was smaller than a dorm room for 2. The fold out bed was very uncomfortable and too short for a 5’7 person. The towel hanger was broken and the room was in general disrepair. There was a distinct smell of mildew and bleach causing an allergic response.

I enjoyed my stay at the Chelsea Inn. Friendly staff, room was clean, confidently located. The only real downside was you could hear everything. People were so loud in the hallway. Which isn’t the hotels fault. People just have zero manners or consideration for others.
