This apartment is an amazing value in an amazing location!!! The staff is incredibly hard working and conscientious and the room clean and comfortable. The kitchen was so awesome to have, I wished that we had more meals in!!! Thank you for contributing to such a magical weekend!!!

My daughter wanted to come to New York City for her 12th birthday, so we took the train up and stayed overnight. We got in early and went to the hotel to see if they’d hold our bags. Before even starting up the steps a staff member greeted us, warmly. He took our bags up the stairs and inside for us. A room was ready and we were able to check in early, and they upgraded our room at no charge. Check in was easy and hospitable. Our room was on the 8th floor, and I always appreciate a hotel that has real keys—as opposed to key cards, a nice touch in my opinion. The room itself was clean, well decorated, and quite large for rooms in NYC. We did not use the kitchen, other than the fridge. The restroom had plenty of toilet paper, towels, and soaps to use. Beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets just in case it was cold. The hotel’s location was convenient as well. Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Broadway, Central Park were all nearby. I’d stay here again on a future trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in NYC.

Staff was fine. Room was a little dirty, it was pretty dusty above the fridge and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was always dark because I had to keep my curtains closed all the time because it was so cold. My room was freezing all the time , we had a 1 bedroom. We did not even want to shower because it was so cold, you froze once you got out. We did call about it twice and they came up and said yep it works just have to close all blinds and curtains. Secondly they were the hardest beds I ever slept in. Lastly there was a strange odor.

Everything was perfect. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great location--close to Times Square/Radio City Music Hall/Rockefeller Center and Broadway shows. The room was very clean and had everything we needed...would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Pros: Staff was wonderful, bedroom was spacious, nice linens/pillows, great location for the activities we had planned (Times Square, Broadway, etc) Cons: Bathroom was very small, water pressure in shower was very low, no option for us to adjust the temperature in the room and no difference when we called the front desk to report it was too cold, beds themselves were very firm

Awesome place to stay close to the square. Front desk is awesome help when needed. Only con is a slow elevator but it’s an old nyc hotel so expected. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Having the kitchen was a big perk for a long-er term stay

Many of the rooms are very small, so you need to be aware of this. The building is beautiful, clean and well kept. The apartments are within walking distance to downtown Manhattan attractions, and there are subways very close. Ideal location.
