Very clean room, beautiful views! Amazing staff - so nice and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t great but it was a bonus that it was included. Elevators were slow at peak times but otherwise everything was great. I definitely will be back!

Nice Hotel

Stayed here since it was close to an event I was attending so it was a convenient location and not too far by some other tourist attractions to visit. Lots of places nearby to grab a bite to eat as well which was nice. Overall it was a very nice hotel, staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. The breakfast buffet was a lovely room and had a nice spread which was nice. We had a nice view from high up on our floor, the bed was comfy and a working elevator the whole time. Would stay here again.

The room and staff here are amazing! We had the best room with an amazing view that close to everything. One day the shower was leaking and we told the staff as we left for the day and it was completely fixed like new by the time we returned. I love New York and would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel,but poor elevator access

The staff was great, the room itself was good. The elevators are another story. Ended up walking down 43 flights of stairs after 25 minutes of waiting for an elevator.
