It was an excellent VIP experience. I love the amenities and the valet parking, especially the location. It was close to everything and I was able to get some proper rest when I needed it. Clean and sanitized rooms. I was just missing a hair dryer and additional lighting in the bathroom with better in-room coffee.

This is the second time we have been to the hotel. Very comfortable beds, clean room , good location and very courteous staff. Hotel however is looking a little tired /old and in need of a refresh- especially the carpeting and the dated bathtub. Lastly, the room lighting could be brighter. Thank you.

The location is great if you are going to theatre or want to go uptown or downtown. Very central in other words. Very nice front desk staff. The hotel itself is spotless and the room was serviced at the right time every day. It isn’t charming, or cool, or fresh. But the room rates were very competitive and the room itself totally suited my needs: good sheets, robe, Japanese toilet, very quiet. New York is not a place where I need my stay to deliver more than that. You’re out and about all day anyway!

Valets/Bellhop Brian & Michael were helpful and friendly, James was hospitable and friendly, and Zack - the GM - went above and beyond in welcoming us to the property and giving me a tour of the spaces so that I was familiar with them for my next stay and in the event I want to host clients at the beautiful restaurant downstairs. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in NYC, rooms were cozy and quiet, beautiful, the bathrooms were amazing with the heated toilet. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast as well.
