The hotel itself and the rooms are modern and very clean. The breakfast that is included is probably the best complimentary breakfast I’ve had at a hotel and I stay in a few different hotels all over Ontario every month. Would highly recommend

We asked to check in early as we had a funeral to attend at 11. We were told this was not possible. We asked if we could change our reservation for Sunday night from two queen beds to 1 king bed and we were told the hotel was fully booked Sunday night. Based on the cars in the parking lot on Sunday evening at 8pm, and the immediate “no” and zero offer to check we believe the hotel was not fully booked.
