The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was pleasant. However, there was a school of grade school children from Quebec and they made my stay extremely unpleasant! They ran around the hall way screaming, screaming in their room, knocking on my door at 7am and no supervision around! It was a sleepless night for us!! I spoke to front desk, voiced my complaints and all they said was “SORRY”. No children supervisor was found so I could speak to them. Front desk made no effort to reach the manager, I was not impressed at all! I told them that when they gave such a group of such they should put them all on one floor and have plenty of supervision around. They did not offer a discount or anything. I will not be staying there in the future.
