The hotel was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and staff was great. FYI the bathrooms are open concept. All opened to the actual room besides the toilet, clear glass showers. The area was not the best area. Didn’t feel comfortable walking around alone.

Great location and beautifully appointed rooms, but the only thing was that the parking was a bit hard to find and we had to drive around once. Other than that, all was excellent, especially the staff, they were very pleasant to deal with.

Le Germain was a great hotel and conveniently located such that we could park the car and walk everywhere we wanted in downtown Ottawa. Close to the Byward Market, restaurants, etc. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
