The apartment is in a quiet condominium building. Not too busy. It is a one bedroom apartment, very spacious and elegant. The bedroom also leads directly to the bathroom. And what about the private balcony? After an exciting day, a tête-à-tête in this intimate little nook. We have a fully equipped kitchen. We want this to be your home away from home. Note that there is no oven (it is too hot to cook anyway and your spouse may want a break from that chore!). The kitchen, dining room and living room form a spacious open area. A rooftop pool overlooking the sea will offer you a breathtaking view while relaxing. In the entrance hall There is often someone to receive you. But basically this is a self check in, with a code and FOB for the main door of the building and a code for the key box to find the apartment key and the building FOB keys.


We are seconds away from the exciting 5th Avenue with all its high end shops and restaurants, and a 7 minute walk to the famous Martina's Beach Club and the sea.

Come and discover not only the nightlife of Playa del Carmen and the Rivera Maya but also the cultural, natural and historical aspects. Alongside experienced tour guides, enjoy activities such as scuba diving and snorkeling off the coast of Cozumel Island or in the “Cenotes”. Experience night excursions to wild beaches with a zoologist. Watch sea turtles hatching their eggs or baby turtles rushing to the sea. Experience all these wonderful miracles of nature while staying with us. Underground rivers, cenotes, turquoise lagoons are nearby and waiting for you. It all starts at the airport where Miguel can welcome you for advantageous rates. Did you know that this is where the meteor that extinguished the dinosaurs landed? Passenger access
This is an entire private condominium with private entrance. The common areas you have access to are the gym, rooftop with pool, spa, large sunbathing areas, beach chairs and 360 degree observation deck, and laundry room. Please note that the spas and pool at Riviera Maya are not heated. It gets pretty hot here! The rooftop terrace closes at 10pm
Other points to note
Our building is the tallest in the area, which gives us a spectacular 360 degree panoramic view on the roof. From this point we can see the city and of course the turquoise sea which is just minutes away.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Access to the washer/dryer room is located in the underground parking lot. The building administration and not the hosts manages the use of the laundry room. So please note that as hosts we have no control over the USE OR AVAILABILITY of the washers/dryers. Therefore, as hosts we CANNOT GUARANTEE that this amenity will always be available.

PARKING
Even though we have listed an underground parking lot, please note that this is also not under our control. The building administration manages the parking. Our understanding is that it is on a first come/first served basis. No reservation of parking spaces is possible. Please note that there are a very limited number of spots available and as hosts we cannot GUARANTEE that a parking spot will be available. Despite this, there are plenty of safe and free parking spots on Calle 52. Just make sure you don't need to place a parking voucher on your dashboard that only costs a few pesos per day.
