The Neighborhood:

Opal Suites is located on 38th Street in the Zazil-Ha neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from local restaurants, bars, and cafes. The beach is an 8-minute walk away, while the famous Quinta Avenida is 5 minutes away. For dinner, Cueva del Chango, an excellent restaurant, is a 10-minute walk away. If you enjoy water activities, Dan Sailing Tours is a 15-minute walk away. And for a walk on the beach, Punta Esmeralda is 35 minutes away.



Getting Around:

To explore the Riviera Maya, the best option is to travel by car. The apartment offers easy access to several attractions: a 10-minute drive from the Cozumel ferry station, 30 minutes from Cenote Jardín del Edén, 40 minutes from Puerto Morelos, 1 hour and 8 minutes from the Tulum Ruins and beach, and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Cancun Airport. It is recommended to contact the host to arrange car rental.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is not included in the rate. Electricity will be charged separately at a rate of 3.13 pesos per kilowatt-hour (Kw). A deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost will be required. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This apartment includes amenities such as air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to an outdoor pool and beach.
