"We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Even the elevators had Smoky Mountain scenes on the walls. The rooms are large with plenty of space for all your belongings and lots of phone charging areas. The bathroom was probably the best hotel bathroom ever. Lots of room for all your toiletries. It wasn't listed with the amenities, but they do provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. I just wish the toilet area had a door to keep it separate from the rest of the bathroom. We had a balcony overlooking the pool area, which was very nice to sit out on. The pool/lazy river area was great. My only complaint would be the rough bottom of the pool. The kiddie area wasn't rough, but the rest of the pool had a very rough bottom. "

We enjoy our first experience and would have no issues recommending you to family and friends. Attached restaurant was friendly,fast and food was very good. Waiter was great very friendly and polite."
