Why stay in a hotel when for an absolute bargain rate you can get this fresh, modern Architect-designed bachelor suite with all the conveniences and a dedicated outdoor patio area* in a great mid-town Toronto location.
The unit is cozy, quiet, clean, and very secure with a private entrance off the rear garden.
Host also provides a concierge basic laundry service on a weekly basis at NO EXTRA CHARGE for your personal clothing. What hotel does that for free? Linens and towels are laundered bi-weekly.
THE SPACE: The suite has a generous-sized kitchen with an eating area for two, a full-sized refrigerator, large overhead microwave/exhaust unit, induction cooktop, air fryer/convection toaster oven, and lots of kitchen storage.
A reading area with a comfy leather chair and ottoman is located in the entrance area. It comes with great, free high-speed Wi-Fi access.
The living-sleeping area has a large 4K Smart TV with cable-TV channel line up, and a comfortable memory foam queen sofa-bed - unlike any standard sofa-bed. There's a decent-sized hanging clothes closet and a tall dresser-drawer unit for clothes storage.
A clean, elegantly tiled bathroom tops it off with a shower unit that has a rain shower head, a hand shower and lots of hot water.
GUEST ACCESS: Suite has a private entrance from a rear backyard garden area with electronic lock access. This listing is in an ideal midtown location that's central to both downtown, major expressways, and the airport. If needed, vehicle street parking permits are readily available online from the City, though public transit is very convenient with a short ride downtown via the University subway line. Note that the highly-anticipated Eglinton Crosstown LRT subway line is opening very soon with a major stop just a 10 min. walk away.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Entrance gate and door are well-lighted and both have push-button electronic locking. A unique 4-digit access code is provided prior to check-in. For additional Guest safety, the property is monitored by two security cameras. Also note that the host has four pet felines on the property which are not allowed inside the unit.
