This seems to be an older hotel. The bed was very firm and the sheets were scratchy. Staff was courteous at the front desk and kept to themselves everywhere else. Breakfast was great. Love the option to make red waffles, that was fun! The hallway floors felt like they could give way at any time. They were in the midst of renovations so maybe these things will be addressed!

The hotel was under construction and placed my husband and I on a floor that they were directly under the construction site. They started at 7 am every morning. The front desk really didn't care to move us. I will be staying at the Marriott down the street for now on the customer service is so much better.

honestly the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I didn't like the pillows on the bed and I know that's just me being picky.. everything else about my room was great; the bed was comfy, the room & bathroom were clean and the staff I dealt with were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.. I'll just remember my own pillow next time

Nice location. But on arrival to my room. I found that my room was half cleaned(raising canes drink cup left on night stand). Waste basket in the bathroom had trash in it.I took pictures and showed it to the clerk. Refused to change my room. Only offered snacks. That's unacceptable.
