Was disappointed in this hotel and would not return. The pool was not very appealing and rarely had towels. There were a lot of unfinished areas on that level making it not feel safe. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The toilet kept clogging, and we accidentally forgot to leave out one of their bonus cards, when we asked about it upon leaving the front desk all but laughed at us. The only plus was when we had to use our bonus $25 at the restaurant the service was phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone working there was great. The location was also amazing. We loved the views and easy access around the city.

Staff were amazing. Rooms were clean. The $10 gift card to use in the cafe at the Hotel for not changing towels everyday was also a good thing. The only thing was the fluctuating hot water in the shower. Will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed her for 5 nights while my sister was at St. Paul's Hospital. Century Plaza has a medical rate, which helped. With the hospital right next door it made our coming and going that much easier. Our corner room had a wonderful view, a kitchenette, flawless internet and cable tv. All the staff were polite and friendly, and our room was refreshed each day. Because I had booked through Expedia, we received a $25.00 voucher for C-Prime, the hotel restaurant, which was a lovely treat.

I lost my 24k necklace with tri colors , I left my room with out notes to clean up but then the housekeeper clean without permission.. we went out for city view and the morning we left and I discovered my necklace and car key is missing.. we were in Toronto and we can’t do nothing. I called the manager but no solution.. I am very disappointed as we pay 1300 for just 4 nights .. And we booked the most safest room with kitchen.. but all we got is loosing my very important necklace..
