The room Was very clean and the property was beautiful and clean. Loved walking to different areas and admiring the beauty. We had some very good encounters with a few staff members, but the majority of Staff were not very personable nor did they appear to be very happy.

Worst experience ever. First time at this resort....most of the staff members weren't friendly (waitresses and bar tenders) and it was very noticable how they would treat people from other countries way better than us Hispanics (I'm Mexican). Yes, we were leaving them tips for every meal and for every drink but we decided to stop doing it since we were not being treated fairly nor the same as the other guests. Day 1: we got to our room and the bed was undone, the toilet was filthy and wet towels all over the place. Day 2: cross contamination at the buffet.....the guy cooking the steaks, chicken and lamb was seasoning the meat all in the same plate, but this guy was the nicest person and the only one who made us feel welcomed!....and the waitress never came to offer us something to drink. Day 3: I realized I left my hoodie in the filthy room.... I went to the lobby to ask for it and with a bad attitude from 4 different people I was told that it wasn't found....I was asked to go back the next day which I did and I got the same answer "we are still investigating" so my hoodie wasn't found. Day 4: we were at one of la carte restaurants it took for ever for the waitress to come offer us something to drink, she yelled at my husband for not being ready to order, halfway through our meal we got our water and Coke but we were never offered a refill.....pros...the resort it beautiful!

The rooms aren't very well insulated to sound. It was common to be sleeping and woken up at 3 am by people in the hallway making there way back to their rooms.
