You'll have exclusive access to the entire home and all amenities—nothing is shared. Whether you're soaking in the private hot tub or pool, relaxing at the sauna, or play games at the game room, the entire space is yours to enjoy.

Inside, stream Netflix on the Smart TV, cook in the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, or unwind in one of three spacious bedrooms. You're free to spread out, relax, and reconnect—just like your own private retreat.

Located in the serene and family-friendly neighborhood of Canyon Meadows, you’ll be just minutes from everyday conveniences — including grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and schools — with quick access to Macleod Trail, Southcentre Mall, and major highways for easy travel around Calgary.

- Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

- To ensure your stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible, we have a small request regarding our home’s “Big Three” amenities. To maintain proper electrical load and prevent interruptions, please avoid using the following three at the same time:
• Sauna
• Hot Tub
• Kitchen Range

Guidelines for Use:
We recommend using only one of the Big Three amenities at a time to ensure optimal performance.
• Kitchen Range: If you plan to use the kitchen range for an extended period, please avoid using the Sauna or Hot Tub at the same time.
• Sauna: If you are using the Sauna, please do not use the Kitchen Range or Hot Tub concurrently.
• Hot Tub: If you are using the Hot Tub, please do not use the Kitchen Range or Sauna at the same time.
Staggering their use ensures optimal performance and a seamless experience.

✦ Additional Guest Fees ✦
A $15/night fee applies for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you’re booking for more than 4 guests, the fee is already reflected in the nightly rate—no extra charges will be added after booking.

- All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) taxes for a total of 11%.

Pre-Arrival Requirements (After Booking)
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require all guests to complete the following steps before receiving check-in instructions:

1) Sign our short-term rental agreement
Outlines house rules and stay terms to ensure a high-quality experience for all. Signed digitally after booking.

2) Complete ID verification
A quick and secure identity check to protect our guest community and home.

3) Select your damage protection option
Choose one of the following:
– $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to $700 CAD in accidental damage
– $700 CAD refundable security deposit, pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after checkout (a 2% processing fee applies, resulting in a $686 CAD refund)

Hot Tub & Pool Rules:
To keep the spa experience clean, safe, and relaxing for all guests—and to remain respectful of our neighbours—please follow these important rules:

-The hot tub/pool temperature must be set between 35°C to 40°C (95°F to 104°F) to maintain an optimal level.

-Hot tub/pool use is for registered guests only—no outside visitors permitted.

-Shower before use to help reduce oils, lotions, and deodorants in the water.

-Limit use to 45 minutes per session to maintain safe water quality.

-Only potty-trained children are permitted in the hot tub/pool.

-No glassware, food, or drinks in or near the hot tub/pool at any time.

-Swimwear only—no regular clothing allowed in the water.

-Do not tamper with chlorine dispensers, water chemistry equipment, or pool monitors.

-Replace the hot tub/pool cover securely after each use to retain heat and ensure safety.

IMPORTANT: Please keep the pool cover on at all times when the pool is not in use. When using the pool, simply reel the cover up, and once finished, please place it back over the pool. This helps retain heat, keep the water clean, and reduce energy usage. Thank you for your cooperation!

Strictly NO Diving or Jumping:
For safety reasons and to maintain proper water levels required for hot tub operation and maintenance, diving or jumping into the tub is strictly prohibited.

If glass, food debris, or other contaminants are found in or around the hot tub/pool, a full drain and sanitation fee of up to $700 will be charged against the security deposit.

Additional Notes:
The property has keyless entry; your code will be sent after booking is confirmed.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home for safety and security.

This is our personal home—please treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.

While we’ll respond promptly to any issues, we do not live on-site 24/7.

Booking Policies:
Profiles with less than a 4-star rating will not be allowed to use instant booking and may be cancelled.

New profiles without reviews will be manually reviewed and may be asked for additional information before being approved.
