Two full beds studio with spectacular views. Direct access to our private beach. We share facilities with a boutique hotel so you have free access to the amenities like pools, beach, chairs, cabanas, jacuzzi, gym, tennis court and it´s optional a daily all inclusive wristband- purchase is at front desk- (today $90 usd p/p per day). You are also allowed to take your own drinks or food to pool area (no glass allowed).

Third floor ocean front, AC, Wifi, Smart tv. We are located in the south and quiet part of the beautiful Cancun´s hotel zone, 15 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from the hotel zone downtown where the nightlife takes action.
Food-drinks options:
1) Nice restaurants on the other side of the street (lagoon side)
2) Purchase all inclusive wristband to eat/drink all you want at hotel restaurants and bars

There is also a Coffee shop at lobby and a convenience store 24/7 across the street.

Windows: sealed for security and hurricane season.

Pets: The condominium only allows if under 15 pounds

Cleaning protocol:
We commit to a strict cleaning protocol, following step by step a checklist.
We prepare for a safer cleaning with the right cleaning supplies. We ventilate the rooms and make a deep cleaning with protective equipment double checking all the high-touch surfaces. All linens are washed at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
Then a company sanitize with safe EPA authorized disinfectant.
You will be empowered with hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray.

Before your arrival:
You must send us ID´s of all the guests coming and airport where you come from.

At your arrival:
In house staff will take your temperature. You will not be allowed to get in with 99.5 F or more (37.5 C)
Your bags, shoes and belongings will be sanitized and will be required to sign a special commitment for using the facilites.


At common aereas: the condo-hotel has a first class cleaning and sanitizing standards with well prepared measures. Social distance is mandatory and the staff follows a cleaning protocol.

Studio daily cleaning: extra housekeeping available if you ask us (for an extra rate).
The fee paid when booking is for check out cleaning.

Towels: we provide bath and beach towels.
As we are not a hotel we don´t replace them everyday, but we will be happy to give you fresh if you need.
