The ease of check in & out was great and the staff members (front desk, security, maids, restaurant) were very helpful and courteous. Great location - especially to access Madison Square Garden. Dinner, Steakhouse and Italian restaurant attached to hotel. Very convenient. Historic hotel, but updates a little tired. Clean and comfy at a reasonable price for NYC.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Any concerns were dealt with promptly and satisfactory. Location was great with good restaurants very close. Room size average for NYC. Little pricey
Hotel staff was exceptional. Every question or request we had was handled quickly and efficiently. I loved the lobby with several wonderful pieces of furniture and a fireplace. It was a joy to stay there.
Great location, beautiful hotel, staff is incredibly nice. They provide lovely toiletries. Only criticism is that there are no hooks or towel bars for the bathroom towels!!
