"Great location for all of the Hollywood attractions. Convenient walk to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Parking was expensive and the only in-and-out option was to valet. Valet is expensive, but they do a really good job having your car ready to go when you need it."

"Nothing special; didn’t honor our reservation The hotel didn’t honor our reservation for adjoining rooms to accommodate two adults and two kids. When we asked for other options - like smaller beds just so we could be adjoined - they refused those as well. I don’t recommend this hotel. "

"Breakfast did not open before I had to leave for a flight and no reimbursement. Room was great, terrific. Mattress poor. Shuttle is unscheduled hit and miss. "

"The hotel is on the older side but the rooms are large. We were not in the main building and the temperature in the rooms was cold. I called to ask how to change the temperature and they said the entire building is on the same thermostat. It was definitely too cold. They did send blankets but it would have been nice to have a bit of control with the temperature. "

"The property is nice, especially compared to some of the surrounding hotels. However, be prepared to pay over $50 for parking, which feels excessive on top of the already premium room rates. It’s honestly disheartening to see how many of these hotels seem to price gouge families. I’ll definitely be more mindful moving forward to factor in the full cost, including parking, before booking."
