"When you walk in the lobby is very nice, which is an illusion because the rest of the hotel is older. Everything is fairly clean considering its age. The Internet isn’t great, I had a zoom meeting and it kept freezing. Dinner in the restaurant was pretty good, but the fountain pop was AWFUL. Sprite needed to be changed, it tasted like just soda and the coke tasted like cigarettes. First morning, breakfast was awful, the staff that was working it was miserable. There was always a line waiting for plates, no bowls, no cups for juice so we started using coffee mugs but then we had to wait in line for coffee mugs. We had to wait twice for the fruit and the croissants to come back out and the bagels were hard to cut because they had forgotten to take them out the night before. Breakfast was better the next morning. Staff was much friendlier and we didn’t have to wait for anything. "

"I didn’t try out amenities like the pool at all, but the room was very pricey and could use a refresh - I wouldn’t have wanted to take a bath in this hotel. That being said, it’s a great location and very friendly staff. I used the little express bistro daily for my morning coffee and breakfast, and the people working there were so friendly. Self check-in and check-out were super quick and convenient."
