"The toilet had a bad odour, the shower was dripping water continuously and it was disturbing my sleep. The carpets needs to shampooed and vacuumed thoroughly The door lock - defective gets jammed and unable to open the door and I had to get the receptionist to have it opened from his fob every time I wanted to enter the room, and he was also confused why it's not opening. The hallway is so hot and there's no air condition. Parking area is not clearly stating if it is for the guess except for the few spots in the front of the entrance, as it's always full and the receptionist was not able to help. Breakfast was very poor. At least some eggs would have been good. The muffin was not cooked properly. more pastry would have been good. Over all the front desk staff is really great, welcoming and helpful, which made. my life better. "
