The property is beautiful, the beach is amazing. The workers at the main buffet work so hard and deserve appreciation for all the rude people I saw . The bar tender Juana Hidalgo was absolutely amazing she made our trip memorable. The pool attendant that gave out the beach towels at the quit pool was such sweatheart she always had a smile. Our housekeeper did a fantastic job at keeping our room clean and mini bar stocked and plenty of towels. The room furnishes were very dated but it was one of the cleanest rooms I have been in. Very old and dated but clean so for us it worked. The buffet had so much food if you left hungry your a snob sorry but after reading all the bad reviews I find it hard to believe you couldn’t find anything. The beach chairs at the pools and beach are gone by 7am we even saw people out at 4am saving the really good spots. Get to buffets early to avoid waiting. To make the specialty restaurant reservations you have to be in line by 6:30am on Sunday morning even then there was 20 people ahead of us but we were able to get into all the restaurants we wanted at the times we wanted so plan ahead and get up early if you don’t want to be disappointed. The pool foam party was one of absolutely best times we have had at Punta Cana this was our 8 the trip second time with this hotel. We are older but were surrounded by younger people and held our own dancing and jumping to the rave music. After that we spent the rest of time at quit pool recuperating .
