It was close to everything and the Hoetel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Only bad thing is location but overall great it was great.

Located in Korea Town of the city near busy roads. Parking is free, but there is no breakfast option. Staff are friendly and efficient. Room was clean but noisy, giving to the road. Bathroom could have used more lighting. Elevator was fast.

Some homeless people hanging out. Also, we had to leave unexpectedly cut our vacation short because of weather and we’re told to get out because of flooding or we probably wouldn’t make it talk to management and they said that they would refund us when I went to the desk. I got different advice and never would refund me my money very unhappy, just trying to keep my family safe . They didn’t seem to care.

The Hotel management must increase the supplies it provides to customers. Toothpaste and brush, face towels, breakfast, etc could make customers comfortable.

The walls were not paper thin but we could hear our neighbors a lot. The chair in our room was stained. We did not like the half shower door. It made it cold to shower. The table needs to cleaned more thoroughly, it was yucky. Our mattress needs to be replaced. One side of it had little support and sagged. We did like the room darkening curtains. It was dark in our room. Parking was easy. While the surrounding area is a bit sketchy we never felt threatened while on the property, Overall, if some of the things we noted are addressed, we would stay here again.
