Right off the bat, hot tub was out of service, we were charged an extra pet fee when we definitely made that clear when we booked our room but wasn't told about the daily fee until we were there. There was 1 ice machine that worked for the entire hotel. We received random calls every day at all hours. Channel choices were slim. Breakfast was ok. Rooms didn't smell clean. The laundry room was ok. I do like the credit card option. I don't necessarily like having to sign up for an app I'll probably never use again to pay to use the washer and dryer.

The building is quite old but maintained very well. The rooms are ok for the given price range. breakfast had more choices than the other similar budget hotels.

The breakfast and cleanliness was great! The staff was friendly. The only thing was that the internet and cable was not stable for watching tv.
