Everything was great, the only bad experience was the woman working the desk around 10:30AM on Monday morning 12/15. She was very disrespectful and had an unpleasant attitude for no reason. I asked her about validating my parking and she huffed about it and got very irritated. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to do it because she didn’t have the program on her computer and didn’t feel like moving to another. Just not a kind person and I was not rude at all. I would recommend removing her from that role into another.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par... dingy towels, bed spreads, needs to be freshened up. I paid nearly $800 for one night here, i would expect much better. I will skip this hotel on my next visit

Property is very convenient to Penn Station, subway. Staff was courteous and kind. Room was very clean with nice bed linens and plenty towels. There’s a cute little bar on the first floor. Excellent for our one night stay while in NYC for a show. Would return.
