Staff were friendly and efficient. Property is in an excellent location for food, entertainment, transportation and other things to do. It felt very safe and I found it to be easily walkable for the things I wanted to do while in NYC.

I was very disappointed For a 4 star hotel in New York, over £350 per night, the breakfast was one of the worst I have ever experienced from any hotel. The oy hot food available were sausages that were disgusting, scramnldd eggs that were very wet, toast that was subpar, waffles one day which was probably the only yummy thing but even they were very dry and unhealthy. They had a wide selection of u healthy snacks like muffins, brownies, cookies... then for sandwhiches they had spreadables like Nutella... but absolutely no lettuce, tomato, cucumber or ang form of salad to actually make a sandwhich. Absolutely awful. The food is also pretty gross..

Seems like Marriot bought a rundown old hotel, not a very nice property but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Paid high price because of early morning train, wouldn’t stay here again. Ciao

Another great day!

This is our fourth time staying at this hotel. The location is great walking distance to Macy’s and lots of other good shopping. We had a mini suite which was very nice and roomy. Hotel staff was friendly. Good breakfast every morning and rooms made up daily
