Despite being in Times Square, the hotel was very quiet! It's walkable but near various public transportation options. Several restaurant and entertainment choices. The staff was kind, helpful and informative. The rooms were clean and the size was what we expected for an NYC hotel room. The downsides were no refrigerator or microwave and the price was a bit high, but I'd definitely stay here again!

Staff were great! Room was small but clean and enough space for 2 people. Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin and you can hear the cleaning ladies starting at 7 am so you can't sleep in. The windows were also thin - heard everything outside even though we were on the 18th floor.

Welcoming staff and great room. Easy walking distance to Time Square, Avenue of the America’s, show’s, Resturant’s (try Chazz) and Central Park. Would stay here again.

Here’s a polished version of your online review that balances praise with constructive feedback: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) The location was definitely a highlight—just a couple blocks from Times Square and one block from 5th Avenue, which made exploring the city super convenient. However, the valet parking service was disappointing. We paid $75 for one night, which is steep, and still had to wait over 45 minutes to get our vehicle back. That kind of delay really put a damper on our experience. If you’re driving in, be prepared for a long wait.
