The hotel is excellent! From the moment we got out of our cab to the time we had to check out, our service was amazing! The front staff was so nice and helpful! The hotel is very clean and never had one issue with the room. It's location is great for Times Square and getting to the subway to go to other locations! Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!!
