I have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again without hesitation. The rooms and bathrooms are very smart and beds are so comfortable. All staff are very helpful and it is very handy for walking to all areas of midtown. It is also not far even with suitcases from Penn station which is easy to get to via train from the airport. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again if I’m lucky enough to visit New York in the future

Great location and very nice room! Did not have the breakfast, since it was full charge and there are so many more options in the city. There is some loitering outside in the front patio of the bldg, but there was a cop outside to keep an eye on things. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was fine but, despite the good location, this is not a suitable hotel for business travelers. Check out is at 11am and there is NO space available to work on a laptop or take an online meeting any where in this hotel.
