Another fabulous stay at the Kixby. This is becoming my go to hotel when I come back to NYC. Special thanks to Inna at the front desk for her professionalism, kindness, and wonderful energy. The bellman and housekeeping were fantastic as well. Keep up the great work everyone!

Young couple visited from the UK in July 2025. Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish. The staff genuinely cannot do enough for you, from the reception staff to the rooftop bar to the adjoining restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean and come with all the usual amenities. One of the things we also loved was the ‘convenience room’ where you can access water, coffee, fresh fruit and cookies all at no extra charge! Another of our favourite parts was the rooftop bar, its incredible - fabulous views of the Empire State Building and great cocktails. All in all a wonderful stay, would highly recommend to all and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks in particular to Rodney, Eddie, Joey and Floyd - you guys were incredible!

After a flight cancellation, ended up finding kixby at the last minute with no idea what to expect. I was more than happy with the choice. The staff was great with our late arrival, room was bigger than I expected and everything was clean. Loved the water station with sparkling water. Also I'd stayed in the area before so I loved the location (close enough to Times Square to be busy but not anytime crazy). Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful week-long stay. The water station was a much needed amenity for the summer heat. Room was a decent size for New York and everything looked and felt clean. Plus it’s right near a train station which made travel easy and convenient. Kixby will definitely stay on our list for future trips to NY

I like that the hotel doesn’t allow pets. Bed is very comfortable. Location is excellent, close to subway stations, Macy’s and Nordstrom Rack, restaurants, Broadway, and many more.

This is a great boutique hotel that's literally one block from the Empire State Building. It's within walking distance to Penn Station, the subway, Times Square and Fifth Ave. There's a rooftop bar and burger place in the hotel. It's an older hotel but it's been remodeled. The staff are super friendly. There is a $25 resort/building fee per night but I'd rather stay here than Hampton Inn next door. Loved our stay here!
