No breakfast, 1st room door did not lock, staff changed the room after my request, 2nd room had cockroaches, again requested a different room, third room had no hot water to shower- which was fixed. Asked to speak to a manager day two and 3, which could have been resolved, no regard or contact from them.reached out to the Hyatt yesterday via chat and offered me 10.0000 loyalty points and then 15.000. I think half of reimbursement would have been a better “we care about your stay”
Disappointed, I thought all Hyatts had pride in their customer service and environment. And still no call from manager to apologize. They should be ashamed with their management.
