Tiny, dingy room, probably the most cramped hotel room I've ever stayed in. Furniture is worn, bed creaks with old springs. Need a CPAP machine or something else plugged in near the bed? Forget it, no accessible plugs and no night table.

Clean, convenient and exactly what we were hoping for. The roof deck provided a beautiful view and a great place to sip our coffee in the morning. Only reason for 4/5 stars was the weak water pressure & temperature in the building. Otherwise a wonderful week spent here.

Beautiful & cozy room on the 11th floor. We had a corner room with views of East River & Empire State Bldg (facing North) Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and subways. Alway love staying in the LES. Loony was charming, a total Lower Eastside vibe. Staff was friendly & welcoming.

The location is unbeatable, there are so many great food spots and shops within walking distance. The area was really lively and packed with people on the weekend, if you’re into nightlife this is the spot for you. Definitely a younger crowd. I felt really safe walking in the area both in the day and at night. We were on the 5th floor and were able to hear noise from the streets (mostly cars honking at eachother) and the rooms are pretty tiny, but this is NYC so you can’t really complain about that too much. Bathroom inside the room was a plus. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was great. The only small downside was both nights I was there. There was a bunch of people that weren’t guest hanging out by the front door at night drinking, smoking weed, and taking up all the patio seats.
