Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room at a reasonable price. Close to Midtown but quiet (by NYC standards). Loved the little perks like the 24-hour water bar.

Requested early check in. That wasn’t available. Regular check-in is for at 4 pm, but the room booked wasn’t ready until 5pm. Rooms are very small. The room we were in had the bathroom sink in the sleeping so very small even on city boutique standards. No tables for items or area for luggage. There is a resort fee is as advertised. Not sure why. There are not really any special amenities. Just water can of soda, and small bags of chips. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room and building were clean. The beds were both comfortable. It is also very close to Penn station.

The room was quite nice however the rooms are on the small size. The lack of drawers to put your clothes away made it frustrating. The room was immaculately clean. The Staff was extremely polite and went out of their way to help you.

Room was very clean on check in. However, we were there for 3 nights and received no housekeeping service in spite of the door tag requesting service being on our door. Staff very apologetic when this was pointed out and did offer a small partial refund which we appreciated. Rooms are VERY SMALL but absolutely lovely and clean. Beds were heavenly! Great place to stay for 1-2 people but couldnt fit more than 2 people at most in these small rooms. We will stay here again but request housekeeping specifically every day.

It’s a very cute hotel. Staff are extremely friendly. It was clean and they had a few snacks and drinks as amenities. There is no bar at this hotel if someone’s wanting that. The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to walk to 8th Avenue.
