The design is incredibly unique and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also want to prepare others about the size of the room. Initially, I was surprised at how small it was and I went back to look at the pictures, but they were not deceptive- I should’ve checked the square footage. You will not be able to walk around the entirety of the bed. When I opened up my suitcase between the bed and door, there was no room to walk. It’s tiny. Cute and quaint- but itty bitty for sure.

Great place to stay in Manhattan! Close to everything. Safe neighborhood. Hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. The most comfortable hotel bed ever!

Clean and surprisingly quiet. Elevator was fast. Exterior entrance had trash piled up before trash day but that was not too much of a nuisance.

Charming. Quiet, maybe because I had a room in the back. A strange, unique comforter instead of blanket system. The free water bottle was a nice touch as was the token for a free snack. Reception could not have been nicer. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is very clean and neat. The process to get checked in and out is seamless. The rooms are compact but extremely efficient. Bed was comfortable and the room was well decorated and taken care of. The hotel was well priced for its incredible location. I will be using StayPineapple next time I stay in the area.

For me location was most important next to Penn station 6:45am train. Room was small very small claustrophobic small. If you planning be in the room some time bear in mind. Rest was good WiFi I was unable to connect but it was not important for me
