Muy limpio y personal muy formal! Quiza el ofrecimiento gratuito del transporte, en ninguno de los 2 hoteles aplicaba; puede ser lo negativo!

Estimado huesped: Agradecemos sus comentarios y su preferencia por esta su casa en Playa del Carmen, nos complace saber que su estancia fue placentera y que el trato del personal fue de su agrado. Le ofrezco una disculpa por el tema de la transportación, por disposición municipal solo podemos brindar el servicio a los clubs de playa, ya estamos trabajando para brindar una solución alternativa a este tema . Nos encantaría tener la oportunidad de atenderle nuevamente.
