"The 1st room we had smelled like paint. The washroom door was newly painted. The AC was loud, old, dusty and we were not able to turn it on so we called the frontdesk. Front desk was not helpful, very dismissive - we were asked to stay in the room that smelled paint amd be moved next day. We moved to the next door room, it was better but not good. The parking is very steep and it scratches the bumper of our car because of a sudden dip on the entrance of the basement parking. The location of the hotel was good though. Very accessible and walking distance to old Montreal."

"Plus side quiet hotel, no children, lovely hotel restaurant with very friendly staff. Situated in tech park so nothing around for groceries or restaurants if you don’t have a vehicle. Airport about 15 minute cab ride away. Air conditioning in room didn’t work when I arrived, but two phone calls and a visit to front desk got window unit to work but room controls inoperative. Noisy when working. On morning of last day of three, window unit died at 6 am. Room cleaning by request. Again, quiet neighbourhood, lots of trees and fields among large headquarters for industry. Close to highways, rapid transit being constructed nearby."
