Overall decent hotel. We came with two dogs and although one is a service animal for my diabetic wife, they still made us pay the deposit for both. Wasn’t very happy about that. Also, the tv box (Xfinity) won’t turn on

In the middle of Keystone was good. Rooms need minor maintenance (light bulbs, electrical sockets too loose to support chargers, etc.)

Staff was almost non-existant. When we needed a hair dryer (not provided in room) there was no answer at the front desk and the voicemail was full. When we went downstairs, no one was available to talk with.

Enjoyed that this property is located very close to the Keystone Resort. Walking distance to a Subway and a Mexican Restaurant. Also walking distance to a market/liquor store.

The location was great! Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room keys took several times to work. The room was fine for our few days and the breakfast hit the spot for the day. I’d stay again.
