This spacious, air-conditioned apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and 25th floor views of Vancouver is your best alternative to a 5 star hotel accommodation.

There is one King-Size Bed in the first bedroom, and one Queen-Size Bed in the second bedroom. The wall of the third bedroom has been removed as it is around the corner of the living room. There is Double (Full) Size Wall-Bed in there. When the wall-bed is not used it is lifted up to the wall to look like a cabinet. A round table with 4 chairs is placed in that area instead of the bed to create an extension of a living room. In addition, there is a very comfortable Queen Size American Leather Sofa-Bed in the living room. Browse the attached photographs to see the configuration.

With unbeatable location between trendy Yaletown -- a converted warehouse district with an energetic bar and gourmet restaurant scene, and funky West End -- a mixture of international casual dining restaurants and eclectic boutiques, with a walking distance to most tourist attraction of the city, this is possibly your best choice of Vancouver short term accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment!Views were spectacular, kitchen was well equipped, both Jan (host) and Anna (cleaner) were very responsive.Vancouver itself is a delight - great restaurants, interesting architecture and different neighborhoods. Very walk-able too. One day 8 miles but didn't feel tired at all!Next time Granville Island market on the first day to get the best possible EVERYTHING for our stay!

The view and location were great, with a nearby grocery store and great restaurants. The key fob pickup was not convenient especially since you had luggage to haul around. The gate was locked to the condo at arrival. The key fob could be moved closer to help with easier checkin, especially if arrival is late in the day or evening. The bed mattresses were thin and hard to sleep on. The closets were filled and one contained a filing cabinet that did not allow space for us to unpack. There was no drawer space. The laundry room was filled with junk and could not be easily accessed for use. Could not operate the oven even with instructions. The notice on fridge said “Welcome Home” but the items on the list were mean and threatening. The noise level was high at night with lots of sirens.

Great location to Robson and easy to use public transport and perfect size apartment for the 3 of us. Loved the views especially at night. Our only issue was the lack of available wardrobe space, we were there for 8 nights but every cupboard was full of towels, etc.

Check in is a bit awkward as the key is located 1 œ blocks from the flat in a lockbox. Check in is actually quite easy but it check out hard as the store is open 5 am to 3 am but we needed to leave before 5. Our host helped us work this out. It was missing two of the listed amenities: gym and pool. They were available nearby for purchase. It bothered us. It was a well-located and bright apartment that fit our needs. Great views. We stay via VRBO vs hotel for our family of five for one night before we start our Princess Cruise. The location was beautiful and convenient. The place was clean and locating the key was not too difficult. Nearby there were many options to walk around. It worked well for us.

Stylish, clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Great location and views. Walk or ride share easily. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The unit is primarily south/southwest exposure so plenty of light.

Very nice but not quite five stars

On the plus side, the location is excellent. Spectacular views. Everything is walkable. We rented a car but we barely used it. On the down-side, the unit is right across the street from a hospital so there are a lot of ambulance sirens. The check-in process is rather involved, and when we arrived the closets were completely full of the owner's belongings so we had no place to hang clothes. However, the owner was very responsive and everything was eventually taken care of. The listing contains one major inaccuracy: it says that there is a pool, and there is, but we were not actually allowed to use it. It was for hotel guests only.

In Van for AC/DC

Unique shape to condo lends to an exceptional view of the bay and downtown. Furnishings are comfortable and supply of dishes, cutlery, cookware was in good supply. Beds are spacious and welcoming to a restful sleep - they are recessed close to the floor. The condo itself is quiet and residents we met from neighbouring units helpful and friendly, Location is perfect point to explore waterfront, BC place, high end shopping and a quick Uber to Stanley Park and Granville Island. Highly recommend Jan and his condo.

All about location

Property is centrally located to everything and very easy to walk or short ride to almost all of the things. Our only negative was the beds, pillows and linens are not comfortable at all and very used but that may be personal preference. If in Vancouver I would possibly stay here again.

Location great but noisy for us

This location is walking distance to just about everything. With that being said and never visiting Vancouver before, we are not used to all the traffic and siren noise. The unit above or next to the master bedroom was doing some form of remodel so during the day there was some tapping and grinding sounds. The view is good, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 4 adults.

Perfect location in downtown Vancouver

Wow! This condo is in the perfect location for exploring downtown. Tons of great restaurants, shops and grocery store within a short walk. The inside of the condo is beautiful and has amazing views. The floor to ceiling windows are a bit overwhelming at first but make for such an impressive view of the city. Especially at night. Well stocked and comfy. The host communicated with me so well and the instructions for checkin/checkout were very detailed, making the process super easy. Would stay here again when visiting Vancouver.

Great location with amazing views

The condo was in a great location and had great views of the city and water. It served our purpose as a home base to explore Vancouver, but could have offered a bit more. When winding down in the evenings, we could only watch 1 kid channel; due to the cable tv remote not working. There was only 1 tv in the condo (bedrooms didn’t have a tv). The condo lighting could be improved as it primarily lighted by lamps or insufficient fixtures (not an issue during the day with the floor to ceiling windows allowing daylight). Check-in and checkout process is horrible!!! You have to pickup/dropoff the condo key from a convenient store, 2 blocks from the condo (there's no parking at the store and without the key you can't park at the condo). You have to use an app to access the key cafe box within the store. There's no one to assist you, but the owner provides very detailed instructions in an email. The key pickup/dropoff is by far the worst checkin/checkout experience I've ever seen. The number of beds, location and views really help with overlooking the negatives, but those could easily be addressed.

Beautiful property

The condo was amazing and had so much space! We were able to visit and hang out in the evenings without feeling like we were on top of each other. The windows and view were breathtaking. The doornan was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
