"We had a delightful stay at Hotel 11 in Calgary. Our evenings were restful, and our room was spotless and nicely decorated. However, the pillows on the bed were uncomfortable for us to sleep on. When we asked the front desk about a smaller, fluffier pillow, our request was taken care of right away. My suggestion would be for Hotel 11 to have two comfortable pillows and thicker pillows for propping up in bed as standard fare. "

"The property is centrally located. There was easy access to various venues in Calgary. My family especially liked the comfortable mattress. We did have a problem with the water control handle with the shower. Housekeeping did not noticed it automatically. "
