"Junior, the hotel clerk that checked us in was very welcoming. Jenny the gift shop hostess was super kind and helpful. The location was near Broadway and the rooms were comfortable and well serviced. Definitely a 5 star experience 😀"

"PUBLIC is a very hip hotel with very nice amenities and a seemingly great following. Lots always going on in the common areas. Great juice bar and trippy escalator experience upon entering the foyer. The beds are incredibly comfy!! Who knew that an on/off button in the generous shower stall (great water pressure) was what my life was missing. Great location steps away from 2nd Avenue subway and a well-appointed Whole Foods. Really enjoyed our stay here!"

"Outdated hotel, where they just try to make money of everything. The restaurant doesn't exist,just bar with few options like pizza and burger. I can't believe they have four stars. They pretend to offer loyalty but option are reduced to nothing.That is after spending 3k in the place ."
