8.8/10 Excellent! (3,998 reviews)

"The valet parking staff assured me that they would charge my electric vehicle, but unfortunately, they did not. As a result, I had to rush to find a charging station the following day, which was very inconvenient and stressful. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely small, barely accommodating ..."

"In a converted apartment building, the one-bedroom suite we were in was enormous, complete with a kitchen, dining area, and 1-1/2 baths. Fully furnished, with two sleeper sofas, you could accommodate a small army here. The location, in a residential area just blocks from downtown and one block from a bus stop, is also very convenient. I only have one gripe: internet access was awful. To be fair, there could have been a technical problem specific to my floor or to my room, but it was basically unusable. I ran a speed test and all it could muster was 15 Mbs in the morning, but as low as 5 Mbs in the evening (300 Mbs is considered good). I ended up using my cellular data, which at least kept me connected. Hopefully, management will address this real shortcoming soon."

"Excellent stay. Daily maid service was appreciated. Bed super comfortable. Amenities ( microwave / mini fridge ) made the stay comfortable. Staff were super helpful. Great location .. close to OLT . Would have liked a clock radio and a room upgrade as this was my second stay. Will recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable stay close to downtown."
