Overall great stay at Banff park lodge! It’s a great central location in the town and allowed us to walk within 10 minutes to great shopping and restaurants! Nice rooms, great bed, good indoor parking. Ev charging is great but suggest adding more chargers as a few instances there were more evs than chargers. Some noise in the hall early morning but it was just some kids and not hotels fault. There was renovations happening but you wouldn’t even notice if they didn’t tell you it was happening. Over all a great location, great room for the price, staff was always prompt if you had a question or request just a quick what’s app message and it was replied to fast! Good job Banff park lodge!

The rooms are really nice, looks like it was renovated recently. It was very comfortable for our stay! The location was perfect if you like to be near the main road with all the shops, short walking distance to Starbucks :)

The room was quite nice, however the hotel really fell short in living up to it's promises. It's nice that they reached out before hand to ask if there were any special requests, and if it was a special occasion. Lovely, except they shouldn't bother asking if they're going to ignore the occasion, and ignore my request for hypo-allergenic bedding, which the hotel actually offered. The early check-in service was nice and so I checked in the day before I arrived. In theory this is to streamline the process upon arrival, however it took multiple conversations with the front desk, and forty minutes beyond the regular, suppository guaranteed check-in time, for the room to be ready. This was very disappointing. While the staff were all friendly I really got the feeling they had no authority to remedy the situation,and it wouldn't have taken much.

We wanted to stay another day and the front staff made that possible. We had to move to another room but again the staff made it easy. Just a matter of moving our luggage to the second room ang the staff took care of everything.

Pros: Fantastic location underground heated parking Excellent pools & sauna Cons: Single ply toilet paper & Kleenex Thread bare sheets & towels Bedspread is not washable $14 a day to park TONS of fabric surface areas, all of which had stains of… something…on them Overall: The insanely EXPENSIVE room rates this hotel charges weighed against every opportunity they took to save a $$ dramatically impacts guest experience. Save your $$ and book elsewhere.
