The place is nice but too pricey! I found it quite expensive and it’s not even in the main strip. It’s a very nice resort but a bit outdated. My room was really nice but my biggest issue was the odour of the bed sheets and pillows.

We stayed here 2 different times. The first apartment was nicer but noisy. The people above us tromped around night and day. It was not very relaxing but we tended to be gone a lot. Got woken up every morning by them. The second apartment was older, across the street from office, and dirtier inside- baseboards, walls, stains on carpet. The people above were also very loud at times. I can’t imagine being there in the winter with ski boots and such. This apartment did not have a fan. Very hot. Always forgot to ask until we got back sort of late. It was difficult to use the outlets in that kitchen. The first kitchen was fine. The worst was the tiny bedroom with no luggage rack. We put our luggage on the ottomans and sofa and so the only place to sit was the dining room chairs. So odd, and again I can’t imagine being there with winter coats and boots. I really can’t imagine 4 people being in there with their belongings. Oh well. We managed. The location with free parking was great!

We had car problems and checked in around midnight, we were exhausted and arrived to a room that was +26C / Insanely Hot and the room has NO air conditioning. They also have shuttles that take you into Banff where you’re dropped off and picked up at another Hotel in town. Well it’s a free-for-all upon getting picked up. I was the first person there at 6:36 PM waiting for the 7:10 PM pick up when everyone ran in front of me once the shuttle arrived and I was not able to get on the shuttle and had to take a taxi back to the Resort.

Property advertised as pet friendly. Both employees I spoke with before and upon check in seemed very annoyed I had a dog. They were not very pet friendly. Property in run down condition. Very limited toiletries in the rooms. Not even water bottles. Pillows were lumpy and smelly.

Nice Banff resort! It is very close to the center of Banff. The free shuttle service to downtown is a plus! Staff are very friendly. The call-in room service is usually very quick. Price is very reasonable. It is nice for biking, hiking in the area.
