"I unfortunately didn’t have the time to eat at the restaurant, but I wish I did as I had a $25 credit and the food looked amazing! The staff, especially the ones working the front desk, were the most hospitable people I have ever met at any of the hotels I have stayed at in Banff which is a tough feat to accomplish. Incredible place to stay I cannot recommend enough! The room is the most ideal for staying in Banff as it has that kind of character that you’re seeking when visiting the area. 10/10 best place to stay in Banff I cannot recommend enough I finally found my home away from home that I have been searching for in Banff. "

"I had an amazing view from my room that had the most lovely high ceilings. Everything was quite spacious and clean, including the bathrooms. I definitely took advantage of the hot tubs on the 5th floor. The ease of access to the ski shuttle and downtown restaurants and shopping was perfect. My only critique was the allowance of several small (4 to be exact, over 2 different nights) children into the liunge area that does explicitly state "no minors." I would've stayed for a drink while waiting on the hot tubs the second night, but they were jumping on the couches and shrieking. Considering it was easy for me to leave, I did so. But something they should consider reinforcing. "

"The rooms were clean, and freshly renovated. The pool, hot plunge, hot tub, and steam room were all amazing. Easy check in, and front end staff were very nice and helpful. The renovations in the front of the building did not affect our stay, there was no noise where we were. Would easily stay again. "
