The hotel was wonderful. Its convenient location, with a bus stop directly across the street and complimentary bus passes, made getting downtown easy. The hot tub was fantastic, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, charming, and comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided. It was a truly lovely place to stay, offering ample free covered parking. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food.

We had the best time staying at Canoe & Suites. Great location at the end of the street, so close to everything you need by foot or car. The hotel has a beautiful interior from the lobby to the rooms, it's clean, and the staff are so welcoming, kind, and attentive. We could not get over the view from our room and enjoyed waking up every morning to the mountains. We appreciated the fresh ground coffee and tea in the morning as well! The on site hot springs is such a bonus - we used this multiple times! The only bits of feedback we have is that the washrooms could have been cleaned better; the floors were left with hair. The hallways are left with many bags of linens late into the evening after staff cleaned. You can really hear the other guests in the hallways as the walls are not super soundproof. Also, if the hot springs are busy until 10PM, you can hear the people down below (our room was right above this). Overall, we were so sad to leave and cannot wait to come back!

The Canoe was awesome! Couldn’t have liked it more. A bit further from downtown than some of the other hotels but I would definitely stay there again! We walked to restaurants in the nicer days and drove in the colder days. Great for coffee and tea people as they have an awesome sustainable coffee and tea program which means you always get great fresh coffees and teas to make in your room. Room cleanliness was stellar. Service was great. The hot pools were super awesome after a long day of skiing! Stay here!

The room assigned to my family is just beside the hotspring, in which we like it . The way going to the resto n reception though was a bit tricky, we ended up using our car. But overall our stay is just perfect.
