To be honest, we had some trepidation about staying in a place with shared bathrooms. It was FINE! We didn’t see anyone else, the bathrooms are very modern and clean (when you’ve finished, you hang a “needs attention” sign on the handle and the housekeeping staff swoop in a do a quick cleaning. We were on the third floor and there were 5 bathrooms available. The hotel is really funky- maybe an old warehouse? Rooms are very functional (aka small). We had a big king bed, a desk and chair and a small bench. Two carry-on sized bags and 1 small backpack and a tote bag - all tucked nicely into a space behind the door. The hotel provided a tote with a robe, slippers, bath-hand-& face towel. Soaps/shampoos etc are in the bathrooms. We slept REALLY well in the comfy beds (unusual for me - I’m often uncomfortable). It’s different but if you’re a bit easy going, I highly recommend the Revolution!!

This hotel has a lot of character and we loved staying here. Perfect for a family, with friendly staff and interesting other guests. We loved the fireplace in the lobby and the cozy hotel robes and slippers.

Very quirky hotel, clean and excellent facilities. The shared bathroom wasn’t an issue as you get a full bathroom to yourself as well as a gown, slippers and towels! The coffee in reception was amazing and the banana cake to die for! Staff were very friendly and we felt very safe walking around the area looking for places to eat. Staff were very helpful I would definitely recommend.
