Enjoy this wonderful apartment fully equipped for a pleasant and nice stay. Located on the 8th floor it has one of the most beautiful view on the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea.

Just few step away you'll find the famous Hospital Galenia (Fertility Center Cancun), the "Superama" by Walmart supermarket, many malls, restaurants and cafeterias.

The condo has its own pool, sundeck, barbecue, gym and a large underground parking.

The apartment comes with a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a large open space with kitchen (microwave, electric grill, coffee machine, fridge and all you need to cook). Dining table and sofa.

Bedroom with walk-in closet and own bathroom. Balcony to enjoy the sunrise or the breeze of the evening. The bedroom has a king size bed (200 cm x 180 cm) and the sofa bed in the livingroom is a double bed (130 cm x 180 cm).

If you rent a car or you come with your own car the apartment has its own parking lot in the underground parking. Please do not forget to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym!

There is currently a construction site next door, so there may be noise during the day. Prices and cancellation policies already take this factor into account.

HOUSE RULES

Please keep the rules in mind always!
-The apartment use is permitted just for the guest who reserved.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
-The use of drugs it’s forbidden in the apartment.
-It is important to take care of the objects inside the room, please avoid any misuse of them. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts.


BUILDING RULES
-No yelling at the hallways or building common areas.
-Keep volume down to avoid any problem with the neighbors.
-Do not damage any furniture in common area.

WEATHER NOTE: Don't forget that Cancún has a tropical climate in which, during summer and rain season, is pretty normal to have mosquitos and ants in the property (even if we treat with insecticide every 15 days).

2. I would thank any anticipated information of check in and check out times.
3. Let's take care of our environment, If you're going out, please turn off the AC, fans and lights.
4. Smoke is only allowed at the balconies.
5. I understand you are on vacations, however it is important to consider there are other persons living in the building, and have their needs of resting at night. For respect to them, I will kindly ask you to please not make loud noises after 10:00pm.
6. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts.
7. Modifications in reservations will be accepted with at least 15 days notice before the arrival date.
8. If you lose the keys the cost to replace them will be 50 USD.
9. Please be extra careful to not forget anything before your check-out, we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property.
