My lovely studio is conveniently located right in the heart of Cancun, with a gorgeous view of Nichupte lagoon and just a few steps away from the white sandy beach. Enjoy the beautiful breath taking views while digging your toes into the sand, come and be seduced by the warm breeze of the Caribbean Sea, let yourself go by the rhythm of the waves and reconnect with nature by doing it all, or simply relaxing.

Situated right in the center of Cancun, this studio has a balcony with a view of the Nichupte lagoon, and it has the white sandy beach waiting just for you! With 2 double sized beds, sleeps 4. The unit is clean and comfortable with satellite T.V, a private bath, AC and a fully equipped kitchenette area that includes microwave, refrigerator, small electric oven, stove-top, coffee maker, as well as WI-FI and free parking for guests.
The whole studio is all yours! My property is on the beach, it has direct access, there are two swimming pools, a tennis court, and parking space.

Cancun is a heaven on Earth, secure and with a lot of things to do. Enjoy the night life at the different clubs, taste the variety of foods that restaurants offer, and enjoy the shopping at the different malls with exclusive brands.

Points forts : PropretĂ©, commoditĂ©s et Ă©tat et installations de l’hĂ©bergement.
This condo/hotel was nice. The pool is big and it has a bar as well. The beach is walkable, it’s literally just downstairs. The view is absolutely beautiful if you like a beach view. The owner is ok. She communicates with us pretty quickly. There’s a microwave, a kitchen so you can choose to cook. Even a tiny oven as well. The only thing about this place is that you have to clean it yourself. Otherwise, you would have to pay for room service. Such as: changing bath towels (beach towels not provided), if you want more toilet papers. There’s also shampoo, body wash, and hand soap provided which was pretty convenient. Overall this place is nice if a beach view is your go to. The distance for stores though is relatively far, which is such a bummer for a “hotel zone”. You’d have to walk about 10-15 mins to reach GoMart that has Subway restaurant in it, and a chicken place. Just be prepared to have a translator because most people you will encounter doesn’t speak English. Also, you can just get Uber eats if you want. McDonald’s from here is a 50 min walk. I wouldn’t recommend walking outside at night.

Unsatisfying

The Property is good for just a couple. There was rust falling from the iron board. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows did not have any support. There where lots of dead bugs on the outside patio upon arrival. One of the chairs where the table was at were broken. Main Door doesn’t lock from the outside and bathroom door lock doesn’t work. There was sand in the covers of the bed upon arrival as well. Elevators weren’t working and there was no notice that there was loud construction in the room next door. Customer service was extremely unprofessional.
