It is an 8th floor facing the lagoon with a wrap around balcony, where you can see the ocean and lagoon from the same place. Contemplate sunset and sunrise from their lounge chairs.
Comfortable king size bed, A/C, Wifi, Smart Tv, small kitchen with everything needed to cook available, microwave, fridge.
If you donÂŽt want to cook or choose the all inclusive option there are three Restaurants across the street lagoon side and one by the sea at the condo next door. Coffee shop at lobby and a souvenir store with soda, water, beers, chips, etc.
Convenience storeacross the street.
It is 15 minutes from the airport and a few minutes by bus from malls and the heart of the hotel zone where the night life takes action.

AMAZING Stay!!

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! The wrap around balcony was where we spent most of our time when we were not out and about. A cup of coffee watching the sunrise, or a cold beer checking out the lagoon in the evenings,...with a beautiful breeze cooling you down,.. it was ideal. I can't say enough about our host. Greeted us with a tour of the property when we arrived, texted to check in mid week, and set up a ride to the airport. One of the best stays with VRBO we have ever had! After 10 days anywhere, I'm usually ready to go home,.. But I could have stayed here forever!

Too NOISY

Too noisy the return vents for the Hotel are right outside of the windows, goes on 24/7 I had to sleep with ear plugs. That said the condo was lovely the kitchen was really nice full-size refrigerator and cooktop stove if you like to eat in. The host and his crew were amazing from pick up at airport and drop off,. Made our in condo Covid test appointment

Amazing View

Our stay was awesome. The view is amazing to see both the beach and the lagoon is great. I would not buy the all inclusive pass, the restaurant across the street makes awesome drinks and burritos. We enjoyed staying further away from the strip and the beach outside the hotel is great.
