I would not recommend this hotel. The pool area was gross, half was closed down, the other half water logged with cushions missing, etc. Check in was a joke. We arrived, was told we couldn't check in until 3pm (it was 2:30) so has to jump back in the line to wait to check in when everyone in front of us was able to before us. The only helpful employee was the guy scheduling the shuttle. I was also charged more then I was told on Travelocity! Our room was decent but besides that, disappointing.

Lovely aesthetic hotel, located a 5 min walk from Cancun airport. We rushed to book here after a last minute transfer cancellation late in the evening and weren’t expecting anything special due to the late booking, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is really stunning to look at with an indoor / outdoor vibe, a great gym and 360 pool. We managed to get sole Margaritas from the pool bar before close and they were delicious. We also opted for the breakfast in the morning which had a great selection, even a fresh omelette choice. Would definitely recommend!
